The Challenge

 

The Hywel Dda University Health Board wanted to develop innovative solutions to help with their recruitment campaigns across a range of professions and specialities.  One aspect of this is the undertaking of creative film and photography.

Our Approach

 

Rejecting a talking heads approach adopted by other similar bodies, we created a series of highly specialised films based on feedback from senior management focus groups, key employees and prospective candidates from outside of Wales. The consequent films produced were supported via the Health Boards communications team with a digital marketing campaign targeting key recruitment prospects both geographically and by speciality.
